Remcom Fusion Studio — Bridging Remcom Products

Project Overview:

Fusion Studio is a desktop application I built at Remcom that lets engineers drive Remcom’s simulation tools (Wireless InSite, WaveFarer and XFdtd) from one interface, with a queue for running simulations in batches. I built it as an AI-native application with Cursor, and it has paying customers.

What it’s used for:

  • Antenna studies: re-running a finished propagation study with different transmit and receive antennas, so engineers can compare antenna options quickly.
  • Breathing and motion studies: turning an animated human model into simulation-ready geometry for radar vital-sign work, then extracting the phase signal from the results. This workflow supported the breathing-anomaly neural network research.
